Official Rules for Monthly Community Rewards Sweepstakes

(2019 Guac Stars Community)

1. DATES OF SWEEPSTAKES.

These sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) are conducted by LRWTonic and take the form of a monthly drawing for Tango cards and run for the duration of this market research insights community (the “Guac Stars Community”), which began on March 2019. LRWTonic may elect to discontinue the Sweepstakes at the end of any month during the existence of the Community.

2. ELIGIBILITY.

The Sweepstakes are open only to Community participants who are legal residents of the United States and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except where prohibited by law, in which cases the eligibility age shall be deemed to be eighteen (18) years) as of the date of entry, and who are not employees of LRWTonic or its affiliates (the “Entrant”). The Sweepstakes are void outside of the United States and where prohibited, taxed, restricted, or otherwise conditioned by law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in from the United States, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes as described below, Entrant represents and warrants that he or she meets the above criteria and also agrees to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”).

3. HOW TO ENTER.

There is no purchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. A Community participant can enter the Sweepstakes in one of the two ways described below.

AUTOMATIC ENTRY THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN MISSION: From time to time, the entire Community will be presented with an opportunity to participate in a defined activity (each such activity, a “Mission”). Missions may be announced through postings on the Community Website, as indicated by the title of the applicable tile on the Community website; Community participants may also be notified of Missions through email. Each time a Community participant participates in an eligible Mission, he or she will be entered into that month's prize draw for a chance to win a cash prize. No other participation or action is required by a Community participant to enter for a chance at the monthly prize draw.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY - WRITE-IN: As an alternative to participating in a Mission on the Community website, Community participants may enter a particular monthly draw of the Sweepstakes by submitting a postcard to LRWTonic, Attn: 2019 Guac Stars Monthly Community Rewards Sweepstakes, 300 Park Ave. South, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10010, which includes (i) the participant’s Community username, and (ii) the name of the Mission to which the entry relates. All write-in entries must be postmarked at least ten (10) days before the date of the monthly Sweepstakes drawing and received at least three (3) business days before the date of the monthly Sweepstakes drawing. Each postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, and there is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per postcard.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per Community participant per Mission. Multiple entries submitted or completed by an Entrant (including, for example, in cases where the Entrant executed the Mission on the Community website and also submitted a postcard for the same Mission) are void. Write-in entries must contain both piece of information outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be included in the drawing and will not be eligible to win.

4. DRAWING/ODDS.

LRWTonic will conduct a randomized monthly drawing on or around the last day of each month during the Sweepstakes dates listed above, and winners will be selected at random from among that month’s eligible entries. Completion and eligibility are determined solely by LRWTonic. Odds of winning in any given month depend on the number of Missions, number and amounts of prizes offered as to the Sweepstakes for that month, and the number of eligible entries received for that month. The decisions LRWTonic will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES.

Each month, the number and amount of Sweepstakes prizes for that month will be identified through a posting on the Community website; LRWTonic may also notify Community participant in other ways, such as through email. The prizes for the Sweepstakes will vary by month will always be issued in the form of an electronic “Tango Card,” which will be fulfilled by LRWTonic by way of an e-mail from support@tangocard.com. Please visit https://www.tangocard.com/card/use to see all of the ways you can spend your Tango Card. Federal, state, local and any other applicable taxes in connection with these prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed.

Winners will be notified as described below and a monthly list of winners will be posted to the Community website, but you can also obtain a list of winners for the monthly Sweepstakes by sending a request (identifying the community and month) along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to LRWTonic, 300 Park Ave S., 9th Floor, New York, NY 10010.

6. PRIVACY.

Personal information collected by LRWTonic, or its affiliates, subsidiaries or subcontractors, will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and awarding of a Prize. In addition, by entering, entrants and/or winner (and their parents/legal guardians if entrant/winner is a minor) agree to LRWTonic’s use of entrant's/winner's personal information as described in its Privacy Policy at http://www.lrwonline.com/#terms. Please refer to LRWTonic’s privacy policy for important information regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by LRWTonic. 7. NOTIFICATIONS AND CONDITIONS.

All winners will be notified of their winnings by email within 1-2 weeks after the drawing is completed and will receive their Tango Card emails within 1-2 weeks of the notification date. In the event the winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. Inability of LRWTonic to contact winners by means specified herein will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random selection.

Any prizewinner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility or evidence of eligibility, a Liability Release, or tax documentation to LRWTonic. Such materials, if requested by LRWTonic, must be received within two weeks of initial request or the prizewinner will forfeit his or her winnings and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. In the event that LRWTonic needs additional contact information or documentation, the winner will be notified by email.

The value associated with the Sweepstakes prize is taxable as income and the prize winner(s) are solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize.

8. NO LIABILITY.

By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless LRWTonic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, clients, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Further, by accepting the prize, the winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize. LRWTonic is not responsible for technical or computer errors (including as to the Community website) which may prevent, or not accurately track, Mission participation, or for late, lost, ineligible, damaged, postage-due, misdirected, misidentified entries.

9. CONDUCT.

LRWTonic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Community or LRWTonic website; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of the Community website or any LRWTonic property or service; or (d) acting in an abusive or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

LRWTonic reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if it determines that fraud, technical failures or any other factors beyond the reasonable control of LRWTonic may impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of LRWTonic, which are final and binding in all respects.

These Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. All entrants agree that any action concerning these Sweepstakes must be brought in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction.
